Sometimes it’s the smallest details that make the biggest statement.
This vintage three-drawer chest features an eye-catching floating pencil rattan design with meticulously arranged diagonal reeds creating a striking geometric pattern across the drawer fronts, top, and both sides. The continuous wraparound design gives the cabinet a sculptural presence from every angle, making it just as beautiful floating in a room as it is placed against a wall.
The cabinet has been thoughtfully restored while preserving the warmth and character of the original rattan. Three spacious drawers glide smoothly and offer generous storage.
As with many vintage pieces, it retains honest signs of age. The middle and lower drawers have slightly wider reveals than the top drawer, a characteristic that remains after restoration. The drawers function properly and the condition is reflected in the photographs.
