Artisan-made in … Read more This distinctive Italian table dates to the 1980s and combines sculptural Baroque Revival design with traditional hand-painted decoration. Artisan-made in Italy from solid beechwood, it can be used as an intimate dining table, centre table or statement piece in an entrance hall or formal salon.
The elaborately carved base features four gracefully curved legs that meet around a sculpted bouquet of roses. A warm antique-gold finish—not gold leaf—accentuates the carved details and gives the table a softly aged appearance inspired by historic European interiors.

The wooden tabletop is individually hand-painted in oil paint with a colourful Mediterranean floral composition against a dramatic black background. Each flower was painted separately, giving the surface the character of an original artwork rather than a mass-produced decorative finish.

A custom-fitted glass top is included as a complimentary gift to help protect the hand-painted surface. The glass is provided free of charge and is not included in the listed value of the table.
