This is a Beautiful, Unusual and Very Fine Quality Antique American Wine Corkscrew. The Large Scale Handle is Completely Hand Crafted - Carved Out of Bone with Solid Sterling Silver Grapevine Motif Inlay. Note also that the Sterling Inlay has Hand Engraved Embellishments. Note that it also has a Bottle Opener function. It is Marked STERLING on the Ring at Mid Section but it has No Maker Mark. It is in Very Good Cosmetic and Perfectly Functional Condition and it Displays Beautifully. The Nickel Plated Steel Screw Assembly is in Very Nice Condition. It Still Retains the Original Very Sharp Pointed Cork Piercing Tip. Minor Imperfection Noted - It has a Small Piece of the Tip on the Grapevine on One End of the Top - This can be Seen in Some of my Photographs.
