piece is made of walnut and a has a trapezoidal shape, (four straight sides, where one pair of opposite sides runs parallel to each other.)

the table top has smooth edging, and four, diagonal, angled corners, and a beautiful, rich, dark-brown colored, marquetery veneer finish, while the center, has a light-brown, walnut veneered, diamond-shaped design pattern (see photos.)

just under the tabletop, there is lovely, curved, carved edging, with a design associated with this period (see photos.) below, there is a second shelf, that also has a trapezoidal design. Piece rests on very long legs, with a sleek, linear, carved design, typical of the epoch.

table is in overall good, original and vintage condition, with some old marks, signs of age, and previous use commensurate with time, as well as a patina of time and some areas of faded color, which can be expected for a piece of nearly 100 years old, on the overall structure, table top, lower shelf and legs (see photos.)

some very light wrinkles of age on table top (see photos), a few, old marks of woodworm on the trim of lower shelf (see photo), but the piece has been fully treated. Lower shelf bends lightly outwards, has some areas of faded color of age and time, and a natural hairline of age (see photos.)

table has been cleaned, oiled and waxed with respect to its original patina of age and time.
