This is the desirable twin-speaker model, offering fuller sound than the standard single-speaker versions. The faux mahogany and ivory cabinet with gold center trim is a classic mid-century modern design that looks great on display.

The radio has been tested and is in working condition, receiving stations and playing well. It retains its original knob and dial, and the cabinet presents beautifully with some light surface scratches to the top, one somewhat noticeable spot to the glossy finish and a hairline crack in the central rear portion of the top panel. Based on my research you will be hard pressed to find this model radio without the crack in the top due to the lack of support, a design flaw unfortunately. Also, from my research if you plan on using this radio, it is best to allow it to be in an open space versus a cubby, due to the heat that the radios internal components generate. Could damage it if it doesn’t have air. I have seen where these have been updated to work with Bluetooth, to modernize it all while providing sound reminiscent of the 1950s tube radios.
