An extraordinary, matching mirror-image pair of mid-to-late 20th-century French Rococo style chaise lounges. The true pair includes one left-arm and one right-arm configuration, offering impeccable symmetry for high-end interior styling. They are an ideal choice for framing a grand window, flanking a fireplace, or establishing a maximalist or Hollywood regency parlor layout.
Each chaise features a solid wood frame boasting a hand carved leaf and scroll motif, finished in a classic cream paint with elegant gold patina accents. The deep bottom-tufted backrests, graceful sloped armrests, and plush seat cushions are expertly upholstered in a vibrant hot pink velvet that catches the light beautifully. Matching pink braided arm finishes the fabric edge along the legs and rails.
These have been meticulously maintained and protected by custom-fit slipcovers for their lifetime(covers included with the sale). They also each have a bolster pillow that was stored in plastic as well-making them appear slightly darker pink.
The backs of both chaises are fully finished and tightly upholstered in the matching pink velvet, allowing them to be proudly floated in the center of a room.
