Wood frame is in great condition and structurally rock solid , the upholstery fabric has some stains that could likely be cleaned up if professionally cleaned or reupholstered to match your decor. The cushions and seat are in excellent condition and don’t need to be replaced - quality 8 way hand tied spring construction. See less
