The exterior has a unique textured emboss-like finish, the interior is smooth. This two-piece secretary is very large, finished with beautiful finials on a bonnet top standing at approximately 98"H x 48"W x 28"D. The interior dimensions of the large bottom three drawers 42"W x 4.5"H x 17.5D.

The doors on the top piece are mirrored and have multiple drawers and compartments inside, the bottom has three large bottom drawers, two smaller drawers, two pull-out arms for the slant front desk fold out where you will find multiple additional drawers and compartments.

The original tags, tassel and keys (I couldn't quite turn the top lock for the mirrored doors, but the desk door turned with the key).

There are a few flaws from a previous move: 1) one of the drawer pulls on the right smaller drawer on the bottom piece is a little loose 2) the bottom corner of the left mirrored door has slight damage 3) small imperfections on the gold trim between the two small drawers and three large drawers on bottom piece 4) imperfection where the trim meets the bottom piece (top right on 2nd to last picture) Please see last two pictures to see the flaws See less
