An elegant Baker Furniture Queen Anne armchair from the Stately Homes collection. This model features a fully upholstered back (in place of a traditional splat), graceful elongated shepherd’s-crook arms, and distinctive cabriole legs with splayed rear legs.
A prominent gold-painted crown crest sits at the top of the back, and complementary gold floral and leaf decoration appears on the knees and feet of the front legs. Dark nailhead trim outlines the cream damask-style upholstery on both the seat and back.
Baker’s Stately Homes line reproduced historic English pieces; this particular chair draws inspiration from a Queen Anne form associated with Wollaton Hall. The crown detail references a royal visit, giving the chair a slightly theatrical, ceremonial presence while remaining fully functional as a desk chair, occasional chair, or accent piece.
