Acquired in upstate New York and believed to be Amish handcrafted, this striking set showcases naturally formed hickory branches paired with bentwood construction and finely slatted hardwood seat and back.
The sculptural branch frame highlights the natural character of the wood while the gently curved slat back and contoured seat provide exceptional comfort. The matching footstool completes the set, making it ideal for a mountain lodge, lake house, cabin, farmhouse, or Adirondack-inspired interior.

The rocking chair is sturdy and in very good vintage condition with expected age-related wear, including light finish loss on the rocker rails and minor scuffs consistent with use. The matching footstool is structurally sound but is missing one decorative twig trim piece along the side edge (shown in photos). This does not affect its function but has been reflected in the pricing. The set retains a beautiful aged patina and displays exceptionally well.
