Signed on the base Norwich N&B Co, Norwich, Conn. The stand can be disassembled into three sections: the cone shaped top, the middle portion shaft and the cast base. Good overall condition and structurally sound and sturdy. Some minor rusting and oxidation. Chips, scuffs and scratches to the surface paint. Honest overall wear from age and use. The approximate measurements of the rack are 78.5" high x 30" diameter. See less
