The raised table top of smooth, ebonized finish (which may have been repainted to match a Biedermeier aesthetic) coordinates with the frieze decorated in low-relief anthemion carvings which glow against the satin black finish. The tabletop sits on four slender, tapering legs joined by curved stretchers mounted with an ebonized urn-finial. Gently cleaned and polished with French paste wax, ready for your interior. We believe this to be in good antique condition considering its age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos.
