A distinctive mid-century vintage hand-wrapped glass platter by Tur-Man Craft Registered California. This large 14-inch piece features concentric hand-applied wrapping in warm shades.
The clear glass construction allows the textured wrapping and graduated colors to remain visible through the interior, creating a layered, almost woven appearance. Its broad, shallow shape works beautifully as a decorative centerpiece, displayed on a stand, or incorporated into a collected tabletop arrangement.

Original maker’s label remains intact. There is visible age-related wear to the wrapped finish on the underside, especially around the raised foot ring, including whitening, surface loss, and deterioration consistent with age. There is also light cloudiness or hazing visible beneath the glass in the inner circular area. It appears to be between the glass and the hand-wrapped backing rather than loose surface dust, so it has not been disturbed or cleaned. It is most noticeable under bright light and is consistent with the piece’s age. The floral decoration remains attractive, and the piece displays well from the front. Please review the detailed photographs of the underside, base wear, and inner-area cloudiness. No cracks or chips were found in the glass. less
