Antique English Blue and White Transferware Serving Dish
Square serving dishes like this were a fixture of the Victorian table, and this cobalt-on-white example carries that history beautifully. The crisp, well-defined pattern speaks to the hand-finished quality that defined Chelsea pottery at its peak. London's Chelsea district was known for producing refined decorative wares throughout the Victorian era, pieces made to be used and admired in equal measure.
