This lovely Lidded Pencil Case / Box is made of tin metal. This beautiful vintage box was made in the U.S.A. by Wallace Pencil Company and is stamped as such on the bottom, see pictures. The lid is attached to the base with a hinge, and the top of the lid features a lithograph printed portrait of famous child actor from the time Jackie Coogan, along with a handwritten-style font which states "Jackie" beneath her image. The primary color is teal around the box with a green bottom, and the portrait is printed in black and white/cream. This highly charming tin metal pencil case would be an excellent addition to any collection of 1920s memorabilia or vintage boxes.
The measurements are: height=0.75" width=2.25" depth=8" approx.
