These appear to be a pair of vintage modernist chrome bar stools/director-style chairs, likely inspired by Bauhaus or tubular-steel Italian designs, with black sling seats and backs, armrests, and footrests.
The chrome looks generally bright, but one footrest has a split or damaged black rubber sleeve, and there may be light surface wear. I do not see a maker’s label, so they should be listed as “in the style of” rather than attributed to a designer.
