Crafted … Read more This is an exceptional, matched set of 4 antique sterling silver salt open salt cellars with cobalt-blue glass liners. Crafted from solid sterling silver, each cellar features a beautifully intricate reticulated, pierced arch design resting gracefully on three classic ball feet. The cobalt blue glass liners have a starburst/rayed base pattern on the bottom. They date back to the late 19th to early 20th century. A highly collectible set, perfect for traditional dining, holiday hosting, or display in an elegant butler's pantry.

Brand: No maker's mark; however, presumed to have been made by either The Webster Company or Watson Company.

Condition: The silver bases retain a gorgeous natural patina highlighting the reticulated pierced work.
