Adding to its distinctive character is a beautifully cast dimensional horse head emblem mounted to the rim, a fitting tribute to the club's long association with equestrian sports and polo. The plate is exceptionally well made, with a thick, heavy gauge of silverplate that gives it a remarkable presence both in hand and on display.
