This is a beautiful, authentic pair of traditional Burmese lacquerware cups (khwet). Handcrafted in Myanmar using a time-honored technique, these vessels feature a flexible, lightweight base woven from bamboo or horsehair, which is then meticulously coated with layers of natural thit-si resin lacquer.
