It is gilded on the sides and bottom with ornate scrolled details. The details of the artwork on the top are amazing. I love the fisherman on the bottom right-hand corner. The interior is a beautiful shade of yellow. Very unique and stunning example of Florentia boxes produced between the 1930's and 1960's. I am guessing this is an earlier example because of the wear. This box bears its original Florentia sticker. See less
