This Mid-Century Modern umbrella stand is attributed to Italian designer Franco Albini who was known to craft items such as these in the 1950's. It features a honey tan colored warm, cylindrical cage structure perfectly matching Boho-Chic, Coastal, and Tropical decor styles. T
The piece is put together using vertical rattan and bent bamboo rods wrapped around horizontal support rings, bound together at each intersecting joint with decorative rattan peel bindings or wicker reed wraps. The base is solid, consisting of concentric circle bamboo design. The interior is ample size for storage. Perfect for an entryway! Won't you make it a "keeper" in your home?
