This sale features a series of original works born from a fascination with the ornate and organic. Every seashell has been curated, delicate artisan crafted cherubs are a celebration of texture and form. These are not mere collected objects, they are handmade totems of a world where the sea meets the cathedral.

Created and signed by Joanne H. Foray with all thrifted and up cycled elements, including a large estate of shells rescued and incorporated into 60 pieces of art and decor. Artist would like to note the vintage shell collection includes some of the most strictly regulated shells in the country, many Queen Conch which are on the endangered species list and can no longer be farmed, and coral which is endangered, as well. “Xanthos the Crowned”

A sculptural horse head treated with a twelve step paint process, mounted on a heavy rustic log that I charred the surface of. With a torch. Meticulously adorned with golden wings and jewels. I have it on a simple kitchen rotating stand with velvet attached. It is up to the buyer if they would like that display piece included. See less
