A color serigraph depicting a steel arch bridge rendered in black and green tones over a layered red and orange ground. The composition incorporates blueprint-style diagrams, handwritten notations, and halftone patterning, combining architectural structure with graphic and technical elements. Signed and dated in pencil lower right; titled and annotated “T.E. 1/40” lower margin. This work reflects Perlow’s exploration of architectural engineering forms translated through a contemporary screen-print process.
