3 beautiful framed, matted and rope corded stainless steel engravings by E. Brandard.
The Sitter: The central oval portrait depicts King Henry V in profile, wearing his crown and royal vestments. He ruled England from 1413 until his death in 1422.The Composition: This specific engraving layout dates back to around 1850. It features an ornate decorative frame flanked by two standing figures.The Vignette: At the very bottom center is a small vignette depicting the Battle of Agincourt (October 25, 1415), which was Henry V's most famous military victory against the French during the Hundred Years' War.The Presentation: The historical print is displayed inside an elegant, dark inner mat board and protected by a heavily textured, gilded frame featuring a twisted rope design.
