Saarinen, in collaboration with Pipsan Saarinen Swanson and J. Robert F. Swanson. Originally created in the late 1930s as part of the groundbreaking "Flexible Home Arrangements" collection for the Johnson Furniture Co, these pieces represent a pivotal moment in American Modernism.
Crafted from solid birch, clean architectural lines and recessed base characteristic of Saarinen's work. They have been expertly updated (Vanoire) with a high gloss vibrant orange lacquer finish, transforming
them into spectacular, high impact statement pieces perfect for contemporary, maximalist, or mid-century
modern interiors.
