Victorian style walnut dining chairs dating from the late 19th century to the early 20th century. They feature an elegant mix of traditional craftsmanship elements:
Spindle and Ladderback Detailing: The upper backrest displays finely turned spindle supports arranged horizontally under a curved crest rail with a Burlwood Inlay panel, paired with a supportive lower horizontal splat.

Woven Cane Seating: The chairs showcase intricate, hand-woven octagonal mesh caning across a trapezoidal seat frame.

Hip Rests / Arm Supports: The chair functions as a master carver or armchair, featuring sweeping wood supports often referred to as "hip huggers" or "hip rests" that seamlessly wrap down into the seat frame.
