This limited edition lithograph by French artist Georges Trincot (1921-2005), entitled 'Parade' depicting horses and riders is characteristic of his work which predominantly featured horses. The colors are vibrant and it is nicely framed in a wood frame with metal corners.
Beginning in the early 1960s, Georges Trincot held a series of exhibitions in Paris and other major cities in France and, also, internationally, in New York, Brussels, Monte Carlo, Luxembourg, Switzerland. In the late 1970s he was promoted to officer in the International Order of the Renaissance of Arts and Letters and was also awarded the Knight's Cross of French Merit and Devotion.
