Large matching lot of over 100 original stacking chairs designed by Austrian architect Roland Rainer for the Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna, produced circa 1952. Early application of bent-plywood shell construction combined with a distinctive angular wooden A-frame base. Ideal for hospitality venues, event spaces and auditoriums thanks to their lightweight, stackable design and cohesive uniform specification across the full quantity. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
