A classic Mid-Century modern expression of a traditional French lighting form, this authentic Stiffel Bouillotte Table Lamp features a heavy, solid brass construction with a distinguished trefoil/cloverform base. The three faux-candlestick arms are accented by intricate geometric bands on the lower sleeves, leading up to authentic Leviton sockets proudly stamped with the iconic Stiffel brand name
The lamp is crowned with its matching matte black tôle paper shade featuring an integrated three-arm fitter. The solid brass central rod extends through the shade to finish with an ornate decorative finial.

Very good vintage condition. The matching black tôle shade features a clean, cream-colored interior lining accented by an elegant, stylized gold marbleized faux-tortoise finish. The exterior is embellished with a delicate, embossed gold tinsel gimp trim along the borders. As shown in the photos, there are a few small areas of minor physical wear, fraying, and loss directly on this decorative gold trim. The heavy factory lacquer on the lamp base remains largely intact, exhibiting an authentic, rich aged patina with scattered minor dark spots on the brass that beautifully validate its age and history. The original brown cord and turn-switch mechanism are present and functional.
