An impressive large antique Chinese Ming Dynasty blue and white porcelain bowl, dating to approximately 1600 AD. Beautifully hand-painted in underglaze cobalt blue with alternating auspicious motifs and an interior six-character mark. The bowl displays the attractive bluish-white glaze, hand-crafted character, and firing variations associated with early Ming porcelain.
This substantial example was acquired through s auction and is an excellent display piece for collectors of antique Chinese porcelain. Its generous size and authentic age make it a striking addition to any collection or interior.Good antique condition consistent with over 400 years of age.
