Original walnut veneer covers the center of the top, while the edges are banded with ash wood. The solid ash base has great sculptural lines.

The table has been carefully refinished to match the original tones of base. It has been sealed with several coats of lacquer, making it ready to be enjoyed for many more years to come!

Some veneer repairs running down the center have been done. The missing portion was filled and color blended. A minor section did lift up during finishing. Does not affect structure or function. Minor repair completed to one leg as well. See photos.

Lane Furniture utilized a standard identification system stamped directly onto the underside of their mid-century tables.Serial Number (SER-N-O-861340): Lane's serial numbers are decoded by reading the digits completely backwards (from right to left).
