Standing approximately 14 inches tall, this sculptural vase is adorned with seven individually modeled boys climbing the body of the vase, each hand-painted in vibrant pastel robes. A striking applied pink ribbon wraps around the neck, creating an unusual three-dimensional design rarely encountered on similar pieces.

The vase is lavishly decorated with chrysanthemums, lotus blossoms, peonies, and other traditional floral motifs outlined in black enamel against the rich cobalt background. The vibrant color palette and sculptural detailing give the piece remarkable visual presence from every angle.

The underside bears an iron-red Chinese seal mark. While the exact workshop has not been identified, the craftsmanship, substantial weight, and hand-painted decoration suggest a well-made vintage Chinese export porcelain piece.
