These shard boxes have a fascinating origin: When it became illegal during the Chinese Cultural Revolution to own antiques, countless priceless heirlooms were smashed and destroyed. These boxes were made later as a way to salvage these fragments and honor a piece of history. Every box is unique and one of a kind.
