The RZ 62 armchair, now known as the 620 Chair Programme, was designed by Dieter Rams for Vitsoe in 1962.
Perfectly illustrating Dieter Rams' "Less, but better" philosophy, this armchair combines innovative architecture with remarkable comfort. Its lacquered fiberglass structure, composed of three assembled elements, supports a suspended upholstery that naturally conforms to the body.
Thanks to its modular design, exceptional comfort, and minimalist aesthetic, the RZ 62 has become one of Dieter Rams' most iconic creations for Vitsoe, and is particularly sought after by collectors. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
