A wonderfully rare dinner set designed by Georges Mathieu for Jacques Molin pottery, often marked Charolles or ‘Molin France’ . Dating back to the 1980’s and yet very current in their design and colour. Molin pottery typically refers to the French ceramics produced at the Faïencerie de Charolles, where the Molin family has been influential for over a century. The most prominent name associated with this brand is Jacques Molin (1928–2006), a master ceramicist renowned for modernising the factory's output while maintaining traditional hand-crafted techniques
