Shallow bronze bowl or charger with applied green verdigris patina (cold paint). Designed and manufactured by Holger Fridericias in Denmark during the 1920s or 30s in a style reminiscent of Just Andersen. The motif - The Grand Danois Dog - has a lot of interesting symbolism to it.
