Here is a vintage faux bamboo butler’s tray table dating to the late 20th century. Finished in a warm reddish-brown tone, the table features a removable rectangular serving tray resting on a lightweight folding faux bamboo stand.
The tray is especially beautiful, with raised sides, integrated cut-out handles, faux bamboo trim, and a woven cane inset. The folding base continues the bamboo-inspired detailing throughout, with slender crossed legs, stretchers, and curved supports. Black webbing straps support the tray while allowing the base to fold easily for storage.
A charming and incredibly useful piece that works beautifully as a drinks table, occasional table, bedside table, or serving stand. The tray lifts completely from the base and can be used independently for entertaining.
