an elegant louis xvi period roll-top desk in walnut and marquetry, dating from the late 18th century. It features a simple yet refined front, adorned with flame-patterned panels and geometric reserves centered by marquetry rosettes. The fluted uprights, tapered legs, and carved decorations emphasize the overall classical elegance.

the sliding cylinder reveals a perfectly organized interior comprising four small drawers, three storage compartments, and a wide writing surface covered in green leather. Its mechanism is smooth and functional. The lower section consists of three large drawers, each flanked by smaller side drawers on the front, offering ample storage capacity. The brass locks and keyhole escutcheons are original, and the desk comes with its key.
