Two beautifully decorated ceramic vases by Ipsens Enke, each with relief decoration. One features blackberry branches with flowers and fruit, the other depicts a bird and nest in a tree. Both in warm orange and green tones with a matte glaze. Origin: Denmark. Designer: Ipsens Enke.

Material: Ceramic. Dimensions: H. 15 cm, D. 8–10 cm. Model: 639 and 458. Period: 1920/30s. Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear. Ipsens Enke Ceramic Factory, founded in 1843 in Copenhagen, became renowned for its artistic vases and figures of high quality. The factory combined classical forms with naturalistic motifs and hand-painted details, often inspired by flora and fauna. During the 1920s and 30s, they produced a range of decorative Art Deco pieces, which are now highly sought after by collectors. See less
