This chair does not have a visible manufacturer tag that I could locate. However, it was acquired as part of a matching Bassett Furniture set that included a sofa and dining set with coordinating upholstery. The matching dining chairs from the same estate set retain identifying Bassett markings, which supports the Bassett attribution. Because no tag is visible on this individual chair, it is best described as attributed to Bassett Furniture.

The piece has a classic French Provincial / Louis XV-inspired silhouette with a scalloped wingback frame, carved arms, tufted back, and decorative legs.
