Hyllinge Møbler of Denmark. Constructed from solid wood and finished in black enamel. Each chair features a folding X-cross scissor base, allowing the chair to fold flat for storage or transport. Each arm is formed by vertical spindles set between upper and lower rails, giving the chair a solid, architectural presence distinct from the open arms of a standard director chair. Comes with a matching throw pillow.

The seat panels are upholstered in red flame velvet with a tie-dye print pattern. The backrest panels are reversible, upholstered on one face in the matching red flame velvet and black faux fur on the other, allowing the chair to be configured in either direction. The coordinated use of both materials across the reversible backrests and a matching pillow suggests the entire textile treatment was custom-made rather than standard factory upholstery.
