Their bold architectural silhouette and unusual combination of materials give them a distinctly late twentieth-century Postmodern aesthetic while remaining versatile enough to complement Mid-Century Modern, Hollywood Regency, and contemporary interiors.

Each candleholder features a cylindrical cast composition column with a richly textured hand-finished surface that transitions from warm coppery rust tones to deep teal. Clear Lucite bases and collars provide an elegant contrast while enhancing the floating, architectural appearance. Wide shallow bobeches comfortably accommodate pillar candles or can be displayed alone as sculptural decorative objects.

This pair was acquired from the PSW Set Decor & Props liquidation in Los Angeles, where they formed part of a long-established inventory of furnishings and decorative objects used for television and film productions. While no specific production has been identified, they carry authentic Hollywood set provenance that adds an interesting chapter to their history.

Condition
Very good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear. One candleholder exhibits scattered finish losses to the ombré surface, visible in the photographs, which do not detract from the overall presentation. Lucite remains clear with light surface wear consistent with age and use.
