An exceptional find for the antique desk accessory collector or Scottish Terrier enthusiast, this authentic 1920s cast art bronze inkwell and pen tray was crafted by the renowned Jennings Brothers foundry of Bridgeport, Connecticut.
The heavy, expertly cast piece features an exquisitely detailed, alert Scottish Terrier sitting atop a beautifully integrated fountain pen tray.
This functional piece of animalier art comes complete with its original, rare removable white porcelain ink reservoir and retains its intact protective felt backing on the underside alongside the crisp, authentic "J.B." maker's mark.
It is in excellent condition and measures 4 3/4" tall x 8" long x 3 1/2" wide.
