Image Size: 48x33 cm, Size: 59 x 44 cm; Mat Size: 69 x 49 cm Etching on copper Precious: Hand-colored ink subject on black bottom. Designed by Agostino Tofanelli and engraved by Alessandro Mochetti. In condition Illustration representing the staute of Agrippina, the mother of Nero Roman Empress and sister of Caligula. From "Illustrations de'Monumenti selected existing Borghesiani in Villa on the Pincio (\.) dates now for the first time to light by Cav. Pl. Gherardo De Rossi and Stefano Piale under the guidance of Vincenzo Feoli \.", by Ennio Quirino Visconti, published in Rome, 1821. It deals with two volumes of engravings showing the main antique statues collected by the Prince Borghese in his villa in Pincio Hill. Remarkable contemporary artists like Luigi Cunego, Gio. Batta Leonetti, Peter Bettelini, Thu. Brunetti, Giovanni Ottaviani, Angelo Campanella, Pietro Fontana Contributed. Drawings are, above all, by Agostino Tofanelli, Bernardino Nocchi, Domenico de Angelis, Teodoro Matteini. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
