Low and wide, it provides a rustic warmth to any decor. The iron has never been painted so it does have rust on the finish but that is easily removed with steel wool or left to develop further patina. It's a heavy piece that closes up when not in use. I originally bought this at an estate sale in Pescadero, CA and was told it had come from Spain. See less
