This vintage mid-century modern set of two nesting tables, designed circa 1970, features structural elements reminiscent of the Hollywood Regency … Read more This vintage mid-century modern set of two nesting tables, designed circa 1970, features structural elements reminiscent of the Hollywood Regency and Chinoiserie styles popular during the era. The frames are constructed from tubular brass detailed with molded faux bamboo nodes and support ground-edge clear glass inset tops. The dimensional proportions of this set allow for alternative configurations beyond standard linear nesting or use individually. As shown in the secondary photographs, the smaller table can be rotated 90 degrees and positioned perpendicularly beneath the primary frame making the set structurally suitable for use as a low, modular coffee table. The set retains its original vintage patina with no weld breaks or structural defects to the framework. Wear to finish commensurate with age. Rounded feet bottoms benefit from carpet or felt/rubber pad additions. Glass is crack and chip free showing only minor wear commensurate with age - please see photos and video.
