These distinctive lounge chairs reflect the experimental and refined character of 1970s French design. The design is built around a solid chrome-plated frame with a light, architectural presence. The seat can be adjusted in three different positions, offering a comfortable and flexible lounging experience.

The chairs come in their original black pony upholstery, a defining feature of the Filo series. The natural texture of the cowhide contrasts beautifully with the polished chrome structure. The combination of chrome and leather creates a design that feels minimal, sculptural and very much of its period.

Odile Mir was known for her work as a sculptor, designer and illustrator. Her background in sculpture is clearly visible in the Filo chair, where structure and function are brought together with a strong sense of proportion. During the late 1960s and early 1970s, she created furniture and lighting designs for companies such as Delmas and Prisunic.
