This beautiful Bird Figurine is made of hand-painted porcelain. This darling figurine was made in West Germany by Goebel and is stamped as such on the bottom of the piece along with the model number "CV 84", and the year 1967 which indicates when it was made, see pictures. The species of bird depicted is a Nuthatch and the piece presents a gorgeous colorway of orange and blue feathers with black and white accents, and the branch / log is painted brown and white. This gorgeous wildlife figurine would be a perfect addition to any collection of animal / nature inspired figures or vintage porcelain pieces.
