Kandahar is a contemporary artwork realized by Victor Vasarely in 1955. Screen print on wove paper after a painting of 1951. Hand signed and numbered on the lower margin. Edition of 100. Belongs to the Suite "Victor Vasarely", published in 1955. Published by Editions Denise René; Printed by Atelier Arcay. Ref. Benavides no. 9 Rare graphic work Inspired by the cracks in the white tiled walls of the Denfert-Rochereau metro station in Paris- Good conditions except for light fold along the margin and some yellowing on paper. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
