A Model Irish Cottage
Charming and very well constructed doll house like cottage model.
Likely early 20th C., wood paint and stucco construction.
Highly detailed, with pitched roof, front dormer, chimney scale windows, porch columns, and more.
Classic color way - white frame, with green trim and roof and brick red / scarlet / wine trims. Interior is Tiffany blue with a white center stripe. Almost colonial in period color use.
Open interior, reminiscent of a doll or toy play house.
17" wide by 10.5" deep by 13" high.

We are just back from a holiday buying trip to Ireland, and this is one of our finds.
Bright, beautifully crafted, charming in every way.
All suggestions of modern use and possible parings aside, this is just a wonderful thing, We just look at it and wonder why someone - someone talented, by the way - took such pains to craft this marvelous little building. Makes us want the full size model!
